    The platform acts solely as a facilitator connecting hosts and renters. It does not own, insure, or operate vehicles.

  2. Insurance Requirements

    Hosts: Must maintain valid insurances coverage for listed vehicles Renters: Must provide proof of valid insurance that extends to rental vehicles.

  3. Liability:

    The platform is not liable for damages, accidents, or losses incurred during rentals. Renters and hosts assume all risks associated with their agreements.

  4. Payment Terms:

    Hosts pay a monthly subscription fee to list their vehicles. Renters pay a flat-rate trip fee in addition to booking costs.

  5. Cancellations:

    Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timing and policy. The platform reserves the right to charge cancellation fees.

  6. Indemnification:

    Users agree to indemnify the platform against any claims, damages, or losses resulting from their use of the service

  7. Prohibited Activities:

    Users may not engage in illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities while using the platform.

  8. Dispute Resolution:

    Disputes between hosts and renters must be resolved directly. The platform may assist but is not liable for outcomes..

  9. Modification of Terms:

    The platform reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
